I Lighten Up

God is truly all there is, and I am One with this Spirit. The One Higher Power that continues through Infinity is the Power that expresses Itself through me. I speak my word knowing this to be my Reality: I am connected in Consciousness, where all things are possible.
I affirm that I am now so perfectly guided that this Spiritual Flow is my means of expression. I am enlightened and lighten up in God. I live with ease and calm, and I am joyful and peaceful. My body is fine-tuned and the embodiment of great health as is the Flow of Consciousness operating in the physical world.
In my recognition of my ability to co-create my life, I replace any fear with light heartedness. I go safely in peace and I am always in the right place at the right time. I experience loving, positive kindness today and I give it all back by the Source of my being. I live a life of sobriety—a peaceful, calm, contented, sedate and well-balanced life.
No longer living a life run on self-will, I release my word of prayer into the process and result of Life, knowing it is already done in Consciousness. As I lighten up I also release any fear, for life is all good and all God. With a grateful heart, I let it be so.
And, so it is.
